§ 10-53. Insurance

(a) Any person engaging in the transaction of any insurance business in the town as a broker shall pay an annual town license tax of $10.00.

For state law providing that insurance brokers' licenses shall be issued only to nonresidents of the state, see W. Va. Code, § 33-12-4.

(b) Any person engaging in the transaction of any insurance business in the town as an agent or solicitor shall pay an annual town license tax of $5.00.
