§ 10-112. Preservation of records; recorder to notify certain persons of each registration

Latest version.

It shall be the duty of the recorder to carefully preserve all registration documents in his office, and supply to the chief of police copies of registrations. It shall further be the duty of the recorder to notify all firms and concerns given by the applicant for registration as his principals of the fact of such registration and the date of expiration of the registration.
