§ 14-11. Court costs and fines

Latest version.

(a) The following penalties and costs shall apply to all violations within the town:

(1) All moving violations shall be fined not less than $25.00.

(2) The violation "driving under influence" shall be fined not less than $500.00 nor more than $1,000.00.

(b) In addition to the above fines, court costs in such cases in municipal court shall be $100.00, plus $50.00 per day daily jail fee, if such sentence is impressed.
