§ 2-63. Qualifications

The mayor, recorder and councilmembers shall be residents of the town who are legal voters therein and entitled to vote for members of the town council, and, for the year preceding their election, must have been assessed with and paid taxes upon at least $100.00 worth of real or personal property therein.
