§ 12-6. Same—Meetings; officers other than chairperson; bylaws; duties

The town civil defense council shall meet during the month of July each year to elect a secretary and such other officers, other than chairperson, as may be deemed necessary, and to adopt such bylaws as may be desirable for the transaction of its business. The town civil defense council shall meet as often as may be necessary for the proper performance of its duty, which is to advise the town director of civil defense on all matters pertaining to civil defense of the town and its environs.
