§ 22-6. Authority to administer oaths to complainants and issue arrest warrants

In addition to the mayor, the chief of police and, in the absence from the station house of the chief of police, the next senior police officer present shall each have authority to administer oaths to complainants and to issue arrest warrants thereon for all violations of this Code and other ordinances of the town.
